I’ve seen how the dehumanization of workers and ensuing interpersonal conflicts can disrupt key communication pathways; allowing things fall through the cracks, projects to flail, and both internal and external trust to be eroded. In an ever changing world we must stop designing systems that rely on static dynamics and assumptions, and instead need to build resilient structures that can shift with circumstance and honor the full humanity of the people getting the job done.
